Welcome!
We will soon launch our much-anticipated capital improvement program for the Club’s golf parking lot near the driving range. This website is for community members, Club members, and our neighbors to learn more about the projects and receive real-time updates.
Please check back regularly!
About the Project
Our work on the golf club parking lot includes a few key elements:
The parking lot will be reconfigured, adding wider spaces (almost nine feet wide!) and creating improved traffic flow within the parking lot (no dead end). Also, six parking spots will be added, including four new handicap spots. The parking lot will also be repaved and restriped as part of these improvements.
As part of our effort to improve safety for all who visit the Club, we’re adding four new parking lot light poles and five new safety cameras. The light poles will have motion-activated sensors that dim when not in use, thereby minimizing ‘light pollution’ for our neighbors.
To complete these improvements, most of the existing trees in the golf parking lot will be removed. While tree removal is always a last resort, this step is necessary to allow for the new investments and to reduce ongoing issues such as root damage to curbs and drainage systems, vehicle damage, and harm to the cart barn roof and gutters.

We’ll be updating folks with a regular construction bulletin that will provide high-level information on what to expect for that week, which you can then share with Club members and guests, should they have questions.
Please email us at inglewoodemailupdates@gmail.com if you would like to receive these construction bulletins.
